- Previous Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) preferred
- BSN /Associate degree in nursing or Pending BSN
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- Good critical thinking, communication, & leadership skills
- Good planning & problem-solving skills
- The ability to work under stressful condition
- Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
