THRYVE Healthcare is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical operations at a skilled nursing facility. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance, while guiding nursing staff.

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily nursing operations, participate in care planning, monitor quality measures, and help with staff development and survey readiness to maintain exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

The ADON works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, support nursing staff, and drive positive clinical outcomes.
