Job summary

Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse ready to grow into clinical leadership and advance resident care.

You will provide leadership to nursing staff, participate in care planning and quality improvement, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to lead by example.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices.
