Job summary

Pomeroy Living in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to mentor staff, oversee daily nursing operations, and lead infection prevention efforts in our skilled nursing facility. This role requires a current Michigan RN license and a passion for geriatric care.

You will collaborate with the DON team, mentor staff, and step into the Acting DON role when needed, driving safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentorship and collaborative skills.
