The ADON will oversee clinical operations, support staff development, monitor quality measures, and participate in survey preparation and regulatory inspections to maintain high standards of care. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)Covenant Village is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and collaborative Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing team and support the delivery of exceptional resident care.The Assistant Director of Nursing serves as a key member of the nursing leadership team, partnering with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a nursing leader who is passionate about supporting staff, improving resident outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence.Position SummaryThe Assistant Director of Nursing assists in the planning, coordination, and oversight of nursing services to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
