Director of Nursing (DON)Covenant Village is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing services team and support our mission of providing exceptional care and meaningful experiences for our residents.As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, promoting quality resident care, and developing a positive, accountable, and resident-centered culture.Position SummaryThe Director of Nursing provides leadership, direction, and oversight for all nursing services within the organization.
