Job summary

Covenant Village is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team and partner with the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care.

The ADON will oversee clinical operations, support staff development, monitor quality measures, and participate in survey preparation and regulatory inspections to maintain high standards of care. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• Leadership experience in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with overall management of nursing services and clinical operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating nursing employees.
• Monitor quality measures and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Participate in survey preparation, audits, and regulatory inspections.
