Qualifications

• College degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' supervisory experience in Rooms Division.
• Passionate and motivated with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Manages the staff of the Housekeeping Department.
• Resolves guest concerns and interacts with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Establishes detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance programs to ensure appearance and life of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Interviews, trains and schedules the housekeeping staff, as well as conducts performance evaluations and corrective interviews as needed.
• Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation.
• Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Assistant Director of Housekeeping who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping reports to the Director of Housekeeping and manages the staff and controls the activities of the Housekeeping Department assuring that our Guest Rooms, Public Areas and Employee Areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Direct the efforts of the Laundry/Valet Department.

What You Will Do
