The Aspenwood Company – Village On the Park Plano is seeking an Assistant Director of Health and Wellness to lead the resident care team at Spring Creek Village. You will oversee health assessments, medication management, and daily living activities, partnering with families and providers to maintain high-quality senior care.

This leadership role requires LVN/LPN credentials, CPR, and minimum one year in senior care with memory care experience preferred.

• 1 year in senior care or related health programs required.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Current LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.
• Oversee resident health concerns including assessments, medication management, and activities of daily living.
• Interview, train, and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.
• Coordinate with the Health and Wellness Director to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.
• Manage the health care of residents, perform assessments, and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.
• Ensure proper medication management, documentation, and communication with families and medical professionals.
• Train and support memory care staff, ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.

Location: Spring Creek Village, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community

Pay Rate: $71,310/year

Schedule: Sunday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(Manager on Duty weekend rotation, must be available holidays and weekends)

Primary Responsibilities
