The Aspenwood Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Health and Wellness for Spring Creek Village, a senior living community with memory care. This on-site role leads the resident care team, oversees health concerns and medication management, and coordinates with the Health and Wellness Director to keep service plans updated.

Qualifications include 1 year in senior care, LVN/LPN licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in EMR and MS Office is essential.

• 1 year in senior care or related health programs required.
• Management experience in Assisted Living Memory Care preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Current LVN/LPN license, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with EMR and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the resident care team in assisted living and memory care.
• Oversee resident health concerns including assessments, medication management, and activities of daily living.
• Interview, train, and evaluate staff. Handle on-call duties for staffing and clinical needs.
• Coordinate with the Health and Wellness Director to ensure resident service plans are followed and updated.
• Manage the health care of residents, perform assessments, and maintain contact with families and healthcare providers.
• Ensure proper medication management, documentation, and communication with families and medical professionals.
• Train and support memory care staff, ensuring a positive environment for residents and families.
• Be an active member of the community’s emergency response team.

Location: Spring Creek Village, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community

Pay Rate: $71,310/year

Schedule: Sunday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(Manager on Duty weekend rotation, must be available holidays and weekends)
