Job summary

The role involves supervising student staff, presenting university programs, and evaluating outcomes to drive improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, public affairs, counseling, business, or related field.
• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field (preferred).
• Two years of work experience in student services, higher education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements programs and initiatives to enhance student engagement and experiential learning.
• Interacts with students at programming events and gathers feedback for improvement.
• Collaborates with campus partners to coordinate funding and support for student programs.
• Plans and coordinates communications to ensure student participation and inclusion.
• Supervises student employees and potential volunteers; trains and mentors staff.
