Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of operational finance within a hotel or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Finance to provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to the GM, Executive Committee, and Department Heads.
• Collaborate with department leaders to interpret financial performance and develop actionable plans to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports.
