Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with coursework in counseling and student services.
• Master's degree preferred in related fields (student affairs, higher education, counseling).
• Three years of professional experience in student services, preferably working with male students of color.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSI to develop and implement strategies supporting access, engagement, and retention for under-served male students.
• Oversee programs for Muslim and Puvugna Student Resource Centers and other services.
• Oversee data collection, assessment, and annual reports.
