This SME role drives data-informed strategies and predictive analyses to optimize enrollment and student success.

Qualifications

• Expert working experience in machine learning and deep learning in higher education.
• Experience with Python (scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow).
• Experience with SQL and Tableau.
• Experience in Higher Education Enrollment Planning and Analytics.
• Ability to gather, compile, and analyze research data and perform basic statistics.
• Ability to present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Directs the design, development, and evaluation of academic planning and enrollment management initiatives to support data-informed decision-making.
• Data Governance, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Establishes and maintains data definitions, methodologies, and quality assurance practices for academic planning and enrollment reporting.
• Leadership and Supervision. Provides leadership, supervision, mentoring, and professional development for institutional research staff responsible for academic planning and enrollment analytics.
