Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree with upper/graduate coursework in counseling, guidance, human relations, or related fields; three years of professional experience in student services required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse populations.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Contribute and HTML experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Men's Success Initiative (MSI) to support male students from under-served communities across access, engagement, retention, and services.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate programs and activities for Muslim and PSC student resource centers to enhance learning and persistence.
• Oversee data collection, assessment, and annual reports for program effectiveness.
