Job summary

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) seeks an Associate Director of Academic Support Programs and Scholarships to lead student success initiatives within the College of Engineering. The role includes managing scholarship assignments, coordinating tutoring and support services, and reporting on program effectiveness for accreditation and funding agencies.

The position reports to the Associate Dean of Academic Programs and requires strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with upper or graduate coursework in counseling and guidance, human relations, or related fields and four years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas.
• Masters or higher degree preferred; knowledge of assessment methods and accreditation procedures; experience using data analysis software.
