Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.

• Supervisory and cross‑functional coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Consumer Services, Health Care Appeals / SOON, and Market Conduct Sections.
• Develops program missions, goals, KPIs, and regulatory policies.
• Represents the agency with NAIC, government, and law enforcement partners.
• Reviews legislation impacting the division and advisory panels.
• Supports research and data analysis for enforcement and market trends.
