Sylvan Learning Center is seeking an Assistant Director to lead a team and act as the catalyst for families choosing Sylvan for supplemental education. The role focuses on hiring, coaching, developing staff, and educating personnel about our tutoring services.

You will generate new revenue by securing leads, building relationships, and delivering high-quality programs while monitoring success through key metrics. Strong communication and scheduling flexibility are essential as center needs vary.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by ensuring high-quality programs are delivered and by tracking performance metrics.
