American Swim Academy, with 5 Bay Area locations, is seeking a career-driven Assistant Director to oversee overall performance and success of the swim school. Under the Director, you will lead safety, staff training, and member experience, while driving revenue and occupancy targets.

The role emphasizes teaching high-quality swim lessons to all ages and managing a team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with varying schedule shifts.

Qualifications

• Service-driven management experience.
• Experience in aquatics, education, or recreation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of members and staff by actively monitoring swimmers and training staff.
• Mentor, train, and develop all staff members.
• Interact with members to create an environment focused on exceeding expectations.
