Ebenezer Child Care Centers, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director to create a positive, engaging learning environment and to lead staff and families.

This role focuses on operational leadership, licensing compliance, and program quality across locations in the Milwaukee area. The position emphasizes mentoring teachers, curriculum alignment with ELM and E.P.I.C., and coordinating scheduling and center activities.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in a leadership or administrative role in early childhood education.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily center operations, ensuring smooth workflows and licensing compliance.
• Build relationships with staff, families, and children to foster a welcoming community.
• Mentor teachers and promote high-quality educational practices.
• Help implement ELM and ensure alignment with E.P.I.C. Curriculum.
• Collaborate on scheduling, staffing, and center activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for families and celebrate successes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-equipped center and handle documentation and reporting.
