Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, enrollment management, or related field.
• Experience planning and implementing recruitment, student engagement, or enrollment programs.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and computer databases.
• Experience supervising staff and providing direction to employees or student staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospective and admitted student engagement initiatives and yield programs.
• Plan and execute admitted student programs and events.
• Coordinate communications for prospective, admitted, and JD students.
• Maintain admissions communications calendar and onboarding messaging.
• Manage Student Ambassador program including recruitment and training.
• Evaluate engagement initiatives and implement improvements.
