Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks an operations liaison to assist the Director in overseeing the facility's operational needs and to serve as a key liaison between the sector and the client, delivering the highest possible level of service.

Responsibilities include establishing standards, staffing plans, interviewing and evaluating personnel, regular inspections, inter-department coordination, and scheduling major project work.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff, to function under stress, to organize and prioritize tasks, and to develop budgets with an understanding of facility needs.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff per facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per facility standards.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; can recommend actions.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major project work, ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
