The position requires a 4-year degree (or equivalent) and several years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on staff management, budgeting, and process improvement. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff with a participative approach and to organize tasks.
• Experience in budgeting and understanding facility needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of personnel according to facility standards.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility with action-item recommendations.
• Conducts regular staff meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Schedules major project work and ensures staffing and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
