Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of experience in PACs, political fundraising, government relations and/or legislative environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Northwestern Mutual’s grassroots activities, including the Government Relations delegate program, Capitol Hill fly-ins, and advocacy campaigns.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance grassroots capabilities across the country.
• Serve as the first point of contact for grassroots advocates and coordinate outreach at company meetings.
