Acadia Healthcare in Reading, PA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of equipment, building systems, and grounds. You will supervise department staff, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the project lead for renovations and small-scale initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Manage the activities involved in the maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Responsible for building operations including structural maintenance.
• Responsible for regulatory and building code compliance.
• Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of department staff.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management and communication.
• Ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Serve as project manager for small scale, short duration projects.
• Develop and manage budget and inventory systems.
• Manage the activities involved in the design and renovation projects for a facility.
• Analyze metrics and make recommendations for improvements and solutions to issues that are identified.
• Initiate and authorize repairs or replacements and prepare related cost estimates.
• Be on-call for building emergencies.
• Responsible for facility operational effectiveness and safety.
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

• Responsible for building operations including structural maintenance.
• Responsible for regulatory and building code compliance.

• Ensure safe operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or operations required.
• Five or more years’ experience in similar position required.
• One or more years’ of supervisory experience preferred.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications

• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
• Valid Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
