Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Two years of professional experience (two years of GA experience counts as one year).
• Current CPR/AED or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in coordinating employee recruitment and hiring.
• Experience training students or professional employees.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Handshake postings for Campus Recreation and internal application processes.
• Coordinate with SubItUp to maintain accurate student records and certifications.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding with HR and payroll offices.
• Coordinate annual recruitment, hiring and onboarding of graduate assistants.
• Verify certifications and coordinate record keeping of employee certifications.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding.
