Inspire Early Education is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will work closely with the Center Director to oversee daily operations and support the learning environment for young children.

The role requires a Bachelor's in early childhood education (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. EEC Director qualification is a plus, with strong communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent is required.
• EEC Director Qualified Certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Director in day-to-day operations of the center.
• Foster an Emergent Curriculum alongside educators.
• Support teachers to promote children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Engage with parents and families about their child's progress.
• Collaborate with professionals to support children with special needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure state compliance.
