Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Mount Laurel, NJ, seeks a Childcare Assistant Director to partner with the Center Director on daily operations and the learning journey of children. You will foster a nurturing environment aligned with the Emergent Curriculum, supporting teachers, families, and compliant practices.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in early childhood education or equivalent, EEC Director Qualified Certification, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
EEC Director Qualified Certification.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Center Director with day-to-day operations of the center.
Support educators in implementing an Emergent Curriculum.
Ensure classroom safety and developmental support for children.
Engage with parents, providing progress updates and guidance.
Collaborate with professionals to support children's special needs.
Maintain documentation and ensure state compliance.
