Job summary

Inspire Early Education is seeking a Childcare Assistant Director in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will work with the Center Director to ensure daily operations and support early childhood education in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

You will foster emergent curricula, supervise staff, and coordinate with families to monitor children’s progress while ensuring safety and compliance. Join a team dedicated to growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or equivalent is required.
• EEC Director Qualified Certification is a plus.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children are essential.
• Must be able to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Director in day-to-day operations of the center.
• Help ensure nurturing and stimulating learning environment through emergent curriculum.
• Support teachers to promote children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development and safety.
• Engage with parents and families, communicating about child progress.
• Collaborate with professionals to support children with specialized needs as necessary.
• Maintain documentation and records to ensure compliance with state regulations.

What You’ll Do:
