Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in ECE or related field required.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Pass state background checks and meet credential requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the school.
• Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in implementing the Wonder of Learning program.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Health and Safety: Maintain licensing compliance and safety drills.
