Job summary

The Goddard School of Frisco Legacy, TX is seeking a motivated Assistant Director to oversee daily school operations and maintain the highest standards of education and care.

You will support the Director, manage staff, ensure licensing compliance, and foster positive relationships with families and the community while championing our Wonder of Learning program.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Pass state background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
• Staff Management: Support the recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff
• Curriculum and Program Development: Assist in the implementation of our proprietary Wonder of Learning program*, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learning
• Family and Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with families
• Health and Safety: Conduct regular safety drills, maintain emergency preparedness and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment
