Job summary

The Goddard School in Corinth, TX is seeking a motivated Director or Assistant Director to lead daily operations, ensure state licensing compliance, and drive student enrollment while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and learning.

You will train and develop faculty, manage budgets, build relationships with families, and uphold The Goddard School’s developmentally appropriate programs in a fast-paced preschool environment.

Qualifications

• Director's accreditation or a degree (Associates/Bachelors) or CDA.
• Childcare experience as a teacher and in management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Inspirational leader and team builder.
• Proactive about building relationships with new families and maintaining high enrollment.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the operations of the School, focusing on State licensing and safety standards, relationships, faculty training & development, and educational progress.
• Training, coaching, and developing the School for the future.
