The Goddard School of Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Director to help oversee daily operations, support the Director, ensure licensing compliance, and foster strong relationships with families and the community.

Ideal candidates will have a background in early childhood education, at least 3 years of teaching experience, and a passion for high-quality education. This is a collaborative, growth-focused role in a welcoming school environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices, leadership and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support to manage day-to-day operations of the school.
• Support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff.
• Assist in curriculum development and program implementation of Wonder of Learning®.
