Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education
• At least 1 year of experience on the administrative team at a large childcare center
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: assist in managing day-to-day operations of the school
• Staff Management: support recruitment, training, development and supervision of staff
• Curriculum and Program Development: assist in implementing the Wonder of Learning program
• Family and Community Engagement: build and maintain positive relationships with families
• Health and Safety: conduct safety drills and maintain licensing compliance
