Only About Children Griffin is seeking an Assistant Director to join from day one, supporting operations, child safety, team leadership and family experience at a new campus.

You will lead with warmth and collaboration, empower educators, foster strong family partnerships and drive quality practice as the campus opens in 2026.

This role offers opportunities for leadership development and a pathway toward Campus Director as the site grows.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Experience as a senior educator, Room Leader, Educational Leader or Assistant Director preferred.
• Knowledge of child safety standards and local compliance is desired.

Aufgaben

• Support operations, child safety, and campus quality practice.
• Lead and develop the team, including Room Leaders and educators.
• Foster positive family experiences and strong community relationships.
• Assist with documentation and continuous improvement processes.
• Contribute to a safe, calm and welcoming campus environment.
