Acquire4Hire is seeking a Site Director to oversee daily operations of a new center, ensuring a safe, healthy, and high-quality educational experience for children. Lead staff, facilities, curriculum, and long-range planning to meet goals and prepare for launch by end of 2026.

The role requires 5 years of direct early childhood experience, 3+ years supervisory, CPR/First Aid, and strong leadership with budgeting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in ECE with at least 30 ECE credits.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• 5 years direct professional experience in early childhood.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with staff, children and parents in a team environment.
• Must pass background check and health screening.
• High energy and understanding of child development.

Responsabilités

• Maintain open communication with parents via conversations, newsletters, and the parent handbook, and implement community outreach activities.
• Oversee curriculum management with staff to develop engaging learning activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage student records per enrollment procedures and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a budget and ensure operations stay within means.
• Resolve conflicts promptly to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment including illness procedures and staff training.
• Lead the center's strategic plan and goals aligned with mission and vision.
• Pursue ongoing professional development for growth.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
