SAGE PREP is seeking an Assistant Campus Director to lead campus operations in partnership with the Campus Director. You will coach teacher-leaders, supervise staff, and help design programs that meet state guidelines while exceeding family expectations.

You'll conduct classroom observations, support recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate trainings. Building strong relationships with families and the community is essential to grow a vibrant, safe learning environment.

Formación

• CDA credential and a strong foundation in early childhood education.
• Proven classroom teaching experience with ability to mentor others.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for early learning settings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with families.
• Ability to partner with families and community members for scholar success.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily campus operations with the Campus Director in the absence.
• Coach and supervise teacher-leaders and support staff.
• Develop programs and learning plans meeting guidelines and family expectations.
• Review lesson plans and support instructional excellence.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide meaningful feedback.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Plan and facilitate staff trainings and professional development.
• Build relationships with families and communities to attract scholars.
• Ensure facilities and materials are safe and well maintained.
