Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of three to five years of fundraising or related experience in a higher education setting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong appreciation for teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Salesforce/Affinaquest software system or an equivalent CRM system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead solicitor on 20-25 written proposals to private foundations and contribute to additional proposals where the Director is lead solicitor.
• Solicit 20-30 corporate partners annually and coordinate stewardship activities.
• Lead CFR stewardship activities, including donor reports and grant reporting with campus partners.
• Develop and implement solicitation and stewardship strategies; manage CRM portfolios and deadlines.
• Oversee CFR engagement events, including campus partner receptions and game-day events.
