Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of institutional fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated success closing five- and six-figure grants and gifts.
• Strong narrative and editing abilities for persuasive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active portfolio of 60–80 corporate and foundation prospects.
• Develop cultivation and solicitation plans to secure $750k–$1.5M+ annually in grants and gifts.
• Collaborate with Deans, faculty, and leadership to align initiatives with funder priorities.
• Prepare persuasive letters of inquiry, tailored proposals, pitch decks, and reports.
