Qualifications

• 4+ years in a management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and implements contract and procurement documentation for agency contracts.
• Ensures contract files document procurement and decision processes.
• Manages procurements and awards against approved timelines for the capital program.
• Stays current with contracting trends to improve contract outcomes.
• Provides guidance on regulations and communicates with funding partners.
• Provides status updates to senior officers.
