• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least three years of progressive leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of DDA, national, state and local issues affecting disability services.
• Experience overseeing community supports programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentoring to assigned staff.
• Oversee service delivery and budgets within assigned programs.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and quality improvement plan.
• Maintain documentation and reporting across counties.
• Engage with community partners and staffing planning.
