Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with three years of progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all assigned services and ensure quality improvement.
• Supervise and mentor staff, manage staffing to meet people’s needs within budgets.
• Ensure staff adhere to guidelines, procedures, and policies and that funding plans reflect needs.
• Maintain relationships across teams and with external partners to build community supports.
• Maintain department budgets and monitor expenditures to align with funding requirements.
