Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage students, families, school personnel, and community partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other technology applications, with the ability to learn and utilize new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for university-sponsored college access and readiness programs.
• Assist with planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of federally, state, and university-funded pre-college initiatives.
• Provide direct training and supervision to graduate assistants, undergraduate student tutors and mentors.
