Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing pre-college or college access programs for underserved students.
• Ability to develop, implement, evaluate educational programs; analyze data; manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for university-sponsored college access programs.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
• Train and supervise graduate assistants, undergraduate tutors, and mentors.
• Collaborate with university, K-12, and community partners to promote postsecondary success.
