Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with daily program operations and oversight.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate direct care and clinical staff.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and agency policies.
• Assist with program budgeting, reporting, and departmental planning.
• Support curriculum recommendations and classroom placement decisions.
• Serve as liaison between families, school districts, and community partners.
• Facilitate student transitions to appropriate educational placements.
• Support Quality Assurance initiatives and program development.
• Contribute to staff training and in-service education.
• Participate in agency committees and special projects.
