The role supports the growth and development of every child, while maintaining a welcoming environment for families. Key responsibilities include maintaining licensing compliance, promoting positive child outcomes, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of licensed childcare facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Support social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.
