Catholic Charities Archdiocese Of Boston seeks an Assistant Director of Childcare Services to support the Director and oversee day-to-day operations at the Malden center. This full-time, on-site role handles administrative duties, parent engagement, and program leadership.

The position involves supervising teachers, guiding curriculum and assessment, coordinating enrollment and tuition, and scheduling staff.

Qualificações

• Lead Teacher Qualified is required or preferred.
• Three years teaching experience is expected.
• Basic Microsoft Word skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of Lead Teachers and Teachers.
• Provide leadership in curriculum development and child assessment.
• Assist the Director with enrollment interviews, tuition deposits, and staff scheduling.
• Assist with parent involvement activities and conferences.
• May cover teaching duties or act as home coordinator when needed.
• Support accreditation efforts and adhere to agency directives and confidentiality.

Conhecimentos

Basic computer skills

Formação académica

BA in early childhood or related field

AA degree
