KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking an Assistant Center Director in the Boston area to lead teaching staff, support families, and help achieve enrollment and accreditation goals. Working with the Center Director, you will apply our world-class curriculum and drive daily operations across a busy center.

You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and licensing authorities to ensure safe, engaging learning environments and strong community partnerships that support children’s growth and joy

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of early childhood education experience.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and supporting families.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education.
• Collaborate with licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Serve in various center roles as needed (teacher, cook, driver).
