Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to join our childcare program. You will work with the School Director to ensure safe, effective operation of the school and promote growth in children, families, and staff.

In this role you lead a dedicated team, uphold licensing standards, and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment. The position emphasizes leadership, compliance, and program quality in a supportive, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
