Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director to help safely and effectively operate the school alongside the School Director. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and ensuring compliance with licensing standards.

You will support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children and lead staffing efforts to recruit and retain quality team members. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, flexible schedules, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
